I also work in collaboration with another company The Fermentarium and within their programme I help running other workshops, specifically Fermented Dairy Workshop.

This workshop covers cultured butter, milk kefir, milk whey, buttermilk, sour cream, farm cheese, labner, paneer, thermophilic and mesophilic yoghurts, raw milk vs pasteurised. We will discuss each of the ferment, ingredients, how to make it, how to consume and store. At the workshop participants will make their own cultured butter to enjoy at home, milk kefir with the culture obtained at the class and will see a demonstration of farm cheese making. Participants will have an opportunity to taste all dairy ferments discussed at the workshop. At the end of the course you will have milk kefir grains to take home as well as recipes and the knowledge to further experiment.
